Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By subscribing to or using SpartanSoc (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

SpartanSoc provides managed cybersecurity software and monitoring for personal home devices, including automated threat prevention and detection, response, and 24/7 monitoring by a Security Operations Center. The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial home use across the number of devices included in your plan.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe and renew automatically until canceled. Annual plans are offered at a discount and renew once per year. You authorize us, through Stripe, to charge your payment method on each renewal date. Prices may change with notice; changes take effect on your next renewal.

4. Cancellation & money-back guarantee

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; your protection continues through the end of the period you have already paid for. New subscriptions are backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee. See our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only on devices you own or are authorized to protect, and not to misuse, resell, or reverse-engineer the Service. No security product can guarantee that every threat will be prevented; you remain responsible for maintaining backups and using good security practices.

6. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpartanSoc disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding a claim.
